Diamond Club Terms & Conditions

We believe in the value of a heartfelt “thank you” and are committed to providing recognition and rewards to our loyal customers.  Join the Walker & Hall family and as a Diamond Club member you can receive exclusive benefits including reward points and vouchers as well as access to exclusive promotions, events, and services.  Read the full Diamond Club terms and conditions below.

Terms & Conditions:

REWARD POINTS

- Reward points are earned on purchases of Walker & Hall products sold at full retail price.
- Discounted, tax-free or promotional purchases, including purchases made using a discount code, do not earn reward points or count towards a reward voucher. Purchases of gift vouchers, shipping, repairs and other services also do not earn reward points.
- Reward points are earned at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent on eligible items.
- Reward points do not expire.
- For online orders, reward points will be updated when the purchase process is completed and prepared for dispatch by our online team.
- When points reach 500, a reward voucher worth $50 will be issued.

REWARD VOUCHERS

- Reward vouchers are issued when reward points reach 500.
- Reward vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
- Reward vouchers can be redeemed in store and online for Walker & Hall products on a subsequent purchase.
- Reward vouchers will be released once full payment is completed for any purchase which contributed to the points earned in order to generate the voucher. For example, if a product is purchased on layby and that purchase earns enough points to generate a reward voucher, the voucher will be held by Walker & Hall until the layby payments are completed in full.  The reward voucher cannot be used as payment on the layby which generated the points that earned the voucher.
- Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, repairs or gift vouchers.
- Reward vouchers must be redeemed in full in one transaction and no change will be given.
- If purchases which earn a reward voucher are later returned the voucher may be voided to correct your account balances.
- Reward vouchers and purchases made with it are subject to the terms of trade as set by Walker & Hall, which may change from time to time.
- Cannot be used as a deposit on laybys or special orders.
- For online orders, vouchers submitted as payment will be updated as redeemed when the purchase process is completed and the order prepared for dispatch by our online team.  

TIER ALLOCATION & BENEFITS

- Customers are allocated to a Tier based on the previous 12 months spend as at 1^st September according to their customer account record.
- Rewards are communicated through email so customers must have a valid email address and be opted in to receive our emails at the time of sending in order to receive the benefits.
- Purchases can only be counted when they are finalised. Payments toward laybys or special orders which have not been fully paid and picked up will not be recognised until the purchase is completed.
- Purchases of Gift certificates and E-vouchers will not count toward annual spend.  The value will be attributed to total spend on the customer account used as they are redeemed.
- Fees, Shipping and Tax free service charges do not count toward annual spend.
- In the case of joint accounts, one set of rewards will be provided to the primary person and email supplied on the customer account.
- We reserve the right to correct your Tier allocation and rewards based on returns made within 2 weeks of the Tier announcement.
- Returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges may be deducted from a customer’s total eligible spend and may affect Tier allocation or Tier benefits.
- Tier status, benefits and vouchers are personal to the named account holder and are not transferable.
- Where purchases are connected to multiple customer accounts, emails or a combination of accounts with and without an email address, Walker & Hall may merge accounts to ensure benefits are allocated correctly. This is subject to the Misuse of Benefits clause above.

BIRTHDAY VOUCHERS 

- Unique and valid email must be subscribed at the time of sending to receive this benefit.
- Birthdate (year not required) must be saved on Walker & Hall customer account before the start of the birthday month.
- Birthday vouchers are valid for the month of the Diamond Club members birthday only.
- Birthday vouchers can be redeemed in store and online for Walker & Hall as a discount on products.
- Birthday vouchers cannot be redeemed for existing transactions such as laybys, or for services, cash, store credit or gift vouchers.
- Birthday vouchers must be redeemed in full in one transaction and no change will be given.
- Birthday vouchers can be used once, if an item purchased using a voucher is returned the credit will be for the amount paid excluding the voucher.
- Birthday vouchers and purchases made with it are subject to the terms of trade as set by Walker & Hall, which may change from time to time.
- Cannot be used as a deposit on laybys or special orders.
- For online orders, vouchers submitted as payment will be updated as redeemed when the purchase process is completed and the order prepared for dispatch by our online team.  

NOVA TIER: BIRTHDAY TREAT 

- Unique and valid email must be subscribed at the time of sending to receive this benefit.
- Birthdate (year not required) must be saved on Walker & Hall customer account before the start of the birthday month.
- 10% off the normal retail price of any in-stock item, up to a maximum discount of $1,000. Valid until the end of the named customer’s birthday month.
- Item must be in stock. Special orders, existing laybys, e-vouchers, gift certificates and custom orders are not eligible for this offer.
- Customer must present email with voucher code in store or use online to redeem.

TIER REWARD VOUCHERS

- Unique and valid email must be active and subscribed at the time of sending to receive this benefit.
- Vouchers can be redeemed in store and online for Walker & Hall as a discount on products by the named account holder.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for existing transactions such as laybys, or for services, cash, store credit or gift vouchers, or as a deposit on new laybys and special orders.
- Vouchers must be redeemed in full in one transaction and no change will be given.
- Vouchers can only be used once. If an item purchased using a voucher is returned, the credit will be for the amount paid excluding the voucher.
- The voucher and purchases made with it are subject to the terms of trade as set by Walker & Hall, which may change from time to time.
- 2026 tier reward vouchers expire on the 2nd of November 2026
- Cannot be used as a deposit on laybys or special orders.
- For online orders, vouchers submitted as payment will be updated as redeemed when the purchase process is completed and the order prepared for dispatch by our online team.

FREE ENGRAVING

- Free engraving on items purchased from Walker & Hall only.
- Technical limitations may apply as some materials/styles may not be suitable for engraving.

EXTENDED EXCHANGE PERIODS

- For Phoenix/Monarch (90 days), Blossom (180 days) and Jubilee (270 days), customers may return eligible items for exchange or a voucher within the applicable extended period from the date of purchase. This overrides our standard 30-day exchange timeframe.
- This benefit applies only while the customer holds the relevant Tier. If a customer moves to a lower Tier at the annual Tier Reveal, the extended exchange period will no longer apply to items purchased in a previous Tier year. From the date of the Tier change, Walker & Hall’s standard 30-day exchange policy will apply to those items.
- Extended exchange timeframes remain subject to all other returns policies. Goods must be returned in new, unworn condition and with original packaging.
- Special orders, customised or engraved items and Last Chance items are not eligible for extended exchange periods.
- Walker & Hall may refuse an exchange where we reasonably believe the benefit is being used inconsistently with these Terms & Conditions, including under the Misuse of Benefits clause.

PREVIEW ACCESS 

- Preview access to promotions – sent by email before launch to the public
- Available on selected promotions only.
- Unique and valid email must be subscribed at the time of sending to receive this benefit.

SMS MARKETING CONSENT
- Where you have provided your mobile number and separately opted in to SMS communications, Walker & Hall may contact you by SMS/text message with Diamond Club rewards, Tier updates, offers, events and other service-related or marketing messages.
- SMS consent is separate from, and is not a condition of, email subscription, Diamond Club membership or making a purchase.

DOUBLE REWARD POINTS DAYS

- For Phoenix/Monarch/Blossom/Jubilee
- Double reward points days will occur on dates selected by Walker & Hall and advised to customers in eligible tiers by email.
- Double reward points will accrue on full priced items, discounted items will not earn reward points.
- Double points will accrue automatically, and reward vouchers issued on customer account (valid for 1 year from date of issue).  Reward vouchers are valid on subsequent purchase. 

EXCLUSIVE EVENTS

- For Blossom/Jubilee
- Invitations to exclusive event opportunities sent by email.
- Unique and valid email must be subscribed at the time of sending to receive this benefit.

$25 OFF SIGN UP CODE

- Code valid for first online order at walkerandhall.co.nz and walkerandhall.com.au of NZ$250 or more.
- One code per customer.
- Code is valid for 30 days from date of sign up.
- Reward points are not accrued on orders where $25 sign up code is used.
- Sign up code cannot be used for purchase of gift vouchers.

MISUSE OF BENEFITS

- Walker & Hall reserves the right to withhold, decline to issue, cancel, revoke or reclaim any Diamond Club benefit, reward, voucher, Tier status or entitlement — whether before or after it has been issued or used — where we reasonably believe it has been claimed, obtained or used in a manner not intended by these Terms & Conditions.
- This includes, without limitation, where a customer makes a purchase with the intention of returning, exchanging or cancelling it to reach or maintain a Tier or benefit level; uses multiple, shared or duplicate customer accounts to accumulate benefits beyond what a single account would earn; or otherwise acts to circumvent the intent of the Diamond Club programme.
- Where a benefit has already been used, Walker & Hall may adjust the customer’s account, correct Tier status and/or request repayment of the value of the benefit. We will act reasonably and may contact the customer to discuss the matter before taking action.
