This Deja Vu 9ct Rose Gold Citrine & Seed Pearl Pendant is an elegant 1920s piece that began life as a brooch and has since been thoughtfully converted into a wearable pendant. The open circular frame, measuring 22.2mm, is a hallmark of the delicate, airy jewellery style favoured in the Edwardian and early Art Deco periods.
At one side sits a round faceted citrine, approximately 4mm, its warm golden‑honey hue a favourite gemstone choice of the era for adding a touch of colour without overwhelming the design. Balancing the composition, a cluster of tiny seed pearls forms a delicate leaf‑like motif on the opposite side, their soft lustre contrasting beautifully against the rose gold frame. This asymmetric layout, with a coloured stone on one side and pearls on the other within an open circle, is characteristic of the naturalistic, foliate brooch designs popular in the 1910s-1920s before many were later repurposed as pendants.
