At its centre, a four-claw-set oval faceted sapphire measures 5.3mm by 7mm and weighs 1.19ct. The stone displays a vivid, slightly dark blue colour, with delicate natural inclusions that contribute to its individual character. Its oval cut draws the eye to the sapphire’s depth and changing flashes of blue as it catches the light.
The sapphire is framed by diamond-set shoulders, each channel-set with four natural baguette-cut diamonds. Together, the eight diamonds have an total weight of .32ct.
