Adding a touch of personalized history, each spoon is elegantly engraved with the single initial 'C' on the handle, a wonderful nod to its 1920s provenance.
Crafted by the prestigious silversmiths Mappin & Webb, these spoons are fully hallmarked for Sheffield, 1926. Mappin & Webb is one of Britain's most historic and revered luxury houses, holding Royal Warrants to British monarchs since 1897. This exquisite set is a testament to their enduring legacy of quality and design, making it a spectacular addition to any fine tableware collection or a truly special heirloom gift.
The spoons rest on a luxurious brown velvet interior within their original presentation box. The cream silk lining inside the lid proudly bears the iconic Mappin & Webb maker's mark and Royal Appointment crest.
Condition: Please note these spoons have superficial surface wear expected from nearly 100 years of history. The original presentation box shows age-related wear to the exterior, while the velvet interior remains in beautiful condition.
